I am looking for any results of any growers who planted the Cox 1048. I had a good one in 2001 and have another seed but with all of the great genetic crosses out there it surely is hard to decide what to plant when I only have a patch big enough for 2 plants.

Thanks Mark. The 797 was mine and the plant was trouble free, had a nice orange color and was still growing at weigh off time. It was almost 12 percent heavy. I was pleasantly surprised when it made the top 5 at Altoona. I should not hesitate to grow it again but with so many great seeds out there and so many generous growers giving them away it is still a hard decision.
