Look at the column on the right side and click on recipies or just scroll down to the bottom of the page. I've been combining these two recipies all year long (scaled down to 20 gallons for me) and been very happy with the results.

Steer manure compost is fully composted right?

I'd go with 2-2.5 gal. of total compost, mixed 50:50 or 60:40 castings:manure compost.

Haven't done a bunch of testing in amounts, as we use a different food source, but I'd estimate 3-4 cups of molasses and maybe 2 cups of the alfalfa (meal would be better than pellets in tea, can you grind it up?).

Your 110 liter air pump....is that 110 liters/min? If so, that's not nearly enough for 50 gallons. I'd consider just doing a 10 gal. batch and then adding water to the finished tea (of course the recipe would change as well).
