  It sits on the bottom and has an air hose that hangs ouside the container. Raited for 50 Gallon fish tank. Thought I'd try it.

               For compost tea it will probably not provide enough oxygen. When the bacteria are multiplying and consuming food there is a high oxygen demand. The only way to check would be with a d.o. meter. I live in western MA.It looks like you are about 1:45min. away maybe this summer I can make a trip while you are brewing and I could check it with my meter.
