This is a good guide to use for soil testing ranges. You can also find it on OVGPGA and SNEGPGA sites.

Soil Component    Ideal Range
Organic Matter (OM)    8-9%
Nitrogen (N)    30-35 ppm
Phosphorus (P)    160-170 ppm
Potassium (K)    540-550 ppm
Magnesium (Mg)    310-320 ppm
Calcium (Ca)    2540-2550 ppm
pH    6.9-7.0
CEC (Cation Exchange Capacity)    16-17%
Potassium Base Saturation (K%)    8-9%
MagnesiumBase Saturation (Mg%)    20-21%
Calcium Base Saturation (Ca%)    66-67%
Sulfur (S)    49-50 ppm
Zinc (Z)    9-10 ppm
Manganese (Mn)    25-26 ppm
Iron (Fe)    46-47 ppm
Copper (Cu)    2-2.3 ppm
Boron (B)    1-1.4 ppm

Does anyone have soil like this?
It just seems like a very narrow range for 17 different items.

These are good ranges but unlikely anyone will have all their stats like this. Giant pumpkins can tolerate quite a large range of soil stats. As you can see they are big potassium feeders especially after fruit set. Timing is also important when applying the potassium. Notice some top growers using larger quantities of foliar potassium, also more phosphates and phosphites which are a good fungicide as well, especially in the form of phophites.

The other stats that would be interesting to me would be the statistical extremes of all of the soil test catagories. eg-what would be the highest and lowest ph soil to grow a 1700lb or bigger fruit.I suspect some categories such as ca+++ might have a wide range and others more narrow
