I looked over your results. Are the values for the sodium in %? If so, you want to cut back on spring applications of nitrogen. When over 1%, sodium really takes a toll on root systems. This is called a sodic soil which generally shows itself at pH's higher than 6.0. I will look into the values in my book. Also, send this to chandler_cm@yahoo.com. My son, Christopher, knows a bit about soil test results. Have you considered a cover crop for the fall? Magnesium looks very good over 100 is optimal. Your organic matter would be optimal around 1 to 3, but 5 is generally tolerable. What do you typically add to your soil? Your organic matter is quite high. During breakdown, your plants will stress due to the energy needed to compete with microbes attempting to survive varying cycles of plant uptake and organic decomposition. Have you tried Western Labs for a more thorough test? Hope this helps.
