watermellon rinde frome one watermellon
1 cup dark corn syrup
half cup water
a quarter cup ketchup
a quarter cup distilled vinegar
3/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
4 pounds baby back ribs

puree the rinde and strain. use onlu the light red and the white part of the rinde. toss every thing in a pot and let it simmer till it gets to the thikness that you like.
