Is there anything to try that might jump start my kin again? It is day 26 today, was doing 20 a day then for the past couple of days 11Lbs a day. Plant has a few issues but otherwise healthy. Any help would be appreciated! Watering 40-60 gallons a day, foliar spraying fish and kelp 1-1-17, also fertilizing once per week by drench. thanks

Is your soil drying a bit between waterings?... How hot has in been there?...either way give it a few days and see what it does

When did you get your last rain ? 40-60 gal may not be enough for a 600 sq ft plant or bigger.

Are the leaves nice and green ?

leaves look great, I have a sandy clay loam soil, I added a little xtra water today. They soil compacts pretty easily even when it rains, I walk of boards when I need to enter the plant. Its been mid to upper 90s here for several weeks, will try more water I guess! Thank you

Just a suggestion from a (not heavy hitter)...send in a tissue sample test. Then you will know what you are missing! JMHO...and it's what Ron Wallace does! At day 12 here, and first tissue sample was sent yesterday. Peace, Wayne

Temperatures in the mid to upper 90's will stop your plant and pumpkin's growth dead in its tracks.

You need to shade your whole plant and pumpkin from about 10am-2pm. And mist your plant a couple times in the afternoon 15-20 minutes at a time.

40-60 gallons per day is NOT enough water for a plant, especially when the temps get over 90 F.

Finally, seaweed and fish will not supply all the nutrients your pumpkin needs to grow. Only a soil test or tissue test can tell you what you're lacking and need to give your plant to keep the fruit growing.
