My soil is cold (16-18) not sure exactly I don’t got no soil meter but my plants are struggling looks like micronutrient deficiency now I am going to foliar spray and humic acids what else

Nitrogen, sulfer, maybe iron and manganese... humic doesn't add nutrients its more like a catalyst. soil temp should be ok thats normal some growers boost it to get faster growth but you can still grow a good looking plant at those temps.

Sulfur & iron are the only nutrients I did not test N and MN are good N may even be slightly high I think it’s the cold (I guessed 16-18 could be 14 I doubt it though) that is preventing the uptake hence why humic acid I plan to to folilar as the uptake is in 1-3 days drench is 7-14 days

Iron is usually only an issue if the ph is high. Sulfer can get low as the soil biology ramps up. Ammonium sulfate is the most effective form other than maybe using sulfuric acid to lower your ph. Did u test the ph of your water/ soil?
