I have been reading up on available products this winter and one of the interesting things I found is Silicates. I could not find too much on this site. They say that it strengthens cell walls resulting in stronger "stalks". Has anyone recently tried these products in their feeding schedule. I would like to try these products, but, my only concern might be too strong "stalks" or secondaries that may be prone to snap easy, or leaves that are prone to snap when it gets quite windy. I had a plant that was like that once and it was a really big pain in the butt. thanks

I have a sponsorship from Supreme Growers this year for all my grow products and part of the fertilizer plan is to use their product Simply Silica. The product improves plants resistance to stress, including heat, drought and salt. This will be my first year to use silicates and I think it will be a bonus
