Bottom Inspection
Even though this is already a damaged pumpkin, to stay in the same routine, the bottom is still inspected to the same level of scrutiny as all the other pumpkins are. The bottom is flat and for this portion of the pumpkin it would pass inspection. However, all it takes is one spot anywhere on the pumpkin, and the "Fish Egg" / "Edema" area about the diameter of a half-dollar is what cause this pumpkin to be classified as damaged. Other than that one odd spot, the rest of the pumpkin was flawless.
