Approx day 38. These heirloom beefsteaks didn�t do it. But are slowly adding weight everyday. I�m hoping they will keep on quietly ticking for another 20 days in which case I�ll have a bench mark PB that I will be happy with. Some where between 2 and 3lbs. This is a winter grow so next set of seeds have germinated and I think with my new leaned knowledge I�ll do better.
