Alfalfa Meal (Horse Feed)
This is another example of adding a product that does not offer much of the macronutrients that a plant needs, but has other benefits. While there is some nitrogen the key with alfalfa is the presence of the plant hormone triacontanol in addition to some other plant and microbe supporting properties.
