Last of the throwback Thursday pics, as I am up to last year. For only the second time in 8 years, I finished the pumpkin season with no pumpkins. That is the downside to growing only two plants instead of several. I battled angular leaf spotting disease which took out my 1576 LaRiviere early in the season and then I battled it on the 1742 Terry. Western Labs was so good to me during my angular leaf battle, their suggestion of copper and manzanate really kept the plant moving forward. I was near 20 DAP with an estimated weight of 150lbs and maybe setting a personal record or a low Top Ten State Finish when the unexpected happened. lol Such is life. Most of you know the story, no need to rehash.
