Greens are going. I think with two trays I can maybe get one salad every day.

Really all-too-easy. Lights are on a timer, and I have just set them outside when it's raining. The only thing I would do different is use a shallower tray, however, this one would probably allow for a two week vacation as they have plenty of dirt.

One more garden note: The earthworms are seeking out the chicken manure, they seem to like it. I could see spreading up to an inch of it, and adding at least a few inches of leaves as well. I didn't want to overdo the organics this year. But... it's surprising how much worms can eat during mild, wet weather.
