876 Mombert blossom end. A tiny pinhole developed to the cavity. Suspected it might happen with the seedy blossom. Plugged it with blue-tac, removed all rotten flesh and dusted with mancozeb. Think it will weigh close to the charts. Will see if it can go another 4 days to fatten up the seeds, then weigh it in pieces. Its 53 days old right now. Has the very best of genetics, as the mother seed(1005 Mombert was 723 Bobier x 846 Calai) crossed with the 845 Bobier, which produced the 876 Mombert, which I also crossed with 845 Bobier pollen!
