Double thumbs up from the happy grower! Brad & I stopped in to check out the fruit on the way back from a mountain bike ride. Appears to have grown a lot, however measurement indicated 4 pounds a day over the last 8. Planning on weighing it next weekend as growth is almost done.....
Day 61:
Circ 157", SS 106", EE 97", OTT 360" and EST at 954 pounds!!!
Going to be close to the 1000 mark, hopefully it will at least top the 970 Australian record that Ken Holden set! But you never know till it rests on a scale. It could go light...... Having a very cool summer and seeing the 805 fruit weigh heavy seems promising. Also the wheel shape!!!
