After the compost was spread and tilled...I added 50lbs of organic fertilizer...(mostly a mix of foxfarms granular ferts)...also 10lbs of Wallace wow kelp, 2 cups of Epsom salts, 1/2 cup of borox...tilled it again...that�s step one..nice and finely tilled...chop up the worms...all the pieces grow new ones...(it�s science.)..then I scraped all the �crema� off the top 6� into planting mounds...remember...early season it is wet here and tomatoes don�t like wet feet in my area...
