View of the stem end of the 711.5 Handy fruit. Not big but it looks like it will be heavy, should weigh it for curiosity's sake.... Nice colour from the 801.5 Stelts in it. It measures 96/71/72, ott 239 and EST 286 pounds!
Had 1.5" of rain over the last 24 hours, was worried about it splitting the big one on the 919. Cut the end off every secondary vine, to hopefully bleed the extra water out and not blow the fruit. Was still in good order. Also measured the rest of the fruit in the rain, getting quite wet. The weeds are incredible growing in chicken manure, some approaching 6 foot high, grass averages 4 foot high!
