Greenhouse is up for the night, and I have a heat lamp help keep things warm. Should I point it towards or away from the plant? I don't want to disrupt their circadian rhythm with the light, but I think they will stay warmer if I point it towards them. I'm trying not to illuminate the whole plant just in case.
