After the weigh-off I was offered to harvest the seeds and dispose of the flesh at Al’s place. This was certainly a unique seed harvest and I am very thankful for his help and generosity. He has some great pumpkin related helping tools. He pulled his skid steer right up to the trailer to unload the pumpkin, and then had a chainsaw and bibs at the ready.
If you look off in the distance you will see a herd of cows heading this way. They were initially barely visible, but once the chain saw was started they all literally came running over.
