Well, I was the heaviest pumpkin at the weigh-off, but I ended up at the bottom of the list. There was a small soft spot that must have developed recently and was just over the required size. The pumpkin did sit an extra night in heavy rains that I am sure did not help but I wanted to get to some other weigh-offs this year. Cannot win them all.
