Best part about having zinnias on hand is using them to score bonus points. When you're in the garden too late one night after work, and are late getting home, just cut a hand full of flowers off as you're running for the truck to head on home.

Drop them in a vase on the kitchen table when you get home and you're good to go - well almost good to go.
