I must be completely nuts, changed over from giant blue tarp to plastic, just to get a few more hours of sunlight for the plant. I am working nite shift (4:30 to 3:00 a.m.) so I have to cover while the plant is in full sun. Than be out in the patch before 10:00 a.m. to take it off. They are calling for temps at night in the low 50's for at least the next 10 days. Also added dehumidifier to hopefully keep moisture levels down, so p.m. don't kill us. Praying to the pumpkin gods to make night time temps go up, so I don't have to do this for the next 50 days. After all this I'm really hoping for a p.b.
