150 sq ft border is built. Last year I used 2x2 wood to make my border. By the end of the season it was rotted. This year, I used 3/4 inch pvc pipe. If i decide that I like the shape, next year I might use the border as part of the 150 irrigation system. Delay of plan as far as planting...to maximize my space I am taking out part of planter next to the garage to be able to move the border over. Losing 3 feet of planter will give 75 extra sq ft for the plant next to the 150. If it sounds confusing you will understand when you see the final position of the border.
