|
most of my marrows are done growing now so I weighed a few of them on the bathroom scales this afternoon so I can start clearing up in the patch. To sum up the season id say it was too hot growing the marrows in the tunnel and most of them ripened far earlier than they should have done, the outdoor plants were someways behind pollination and were looking more hopefull until the weather became unsettled and then they started splitting. Heres the striped marrow it weighed 100 lbs
