This is year number two for my peanut pumpkins to show their true beauty. These are my seedlings from an 11 pound fruit. I also had a 17 pound pumpkin that I could not seem to find the courage to process it for baking and cooking. The result was a mess this spring and a refinished wooden table! FYI, pumpkins are really beautiful, but do NOT last forever!!
