The test seeds have sprouted! I germinated bean seeds (Boron intolerant) with some field pumpkins (boron tolerant) and a sprinkle of radish (for early sprouting). The seeds on the left are from my old patch. You can see the beans are tall with large leaves. Only one pumpkin looks good though. The seeds on the right are from the new patch where I went crazy adding boron. The beans are just ok looking, not showing boron toxicity on the true leaves, however the pumpkins all look fantastic! So perhaps the new patch is a bit too high for beans, but just right for pumpkins.
