And the long gourds...oh my!! There were 4 fruit on this plant but one of them fell from wind. Short and thick does the trick or what? Only about 70" long at this point in the season but already 25" in circumference at the ends.
I'm a fairly new gourd grower, this being my 4th year...but I've never seen them so thick...I'd be interested to see others in diaries but I guess I dont look closely at enough diaries...any gourd growers out there is this normal or just our strange year this year with fantastic weather?
