Lower patch with slightly larger hoophouse with bigger heat lamp (175 Watt Infared heat bulb) and it keeps the overnight temps around a nice 60-65 degrees when the overnight is 40-55.
We had snow in the North Vancouver hills yesterday and last night...the soil is too cold...it is too early to plant...
Not changing the system much this year, even having Richmond Dave take care of the seed germination, not that I'm superstitious or anything...
I will be starting seeds for other North Shore Boyz, and a few new entries into the hobby.
Going to monitor the temperature and try and raise the planing site soil and surrounding area before planting. Also going away on the annual Boyz fishing next weekend, so I'm hoping to get them in the ground for next friday.
