Shells off 3 I will let the others pop up and do tomorrow.gently squeeze pliers,never pullup on tool.lol You may have to squeeze and release several times to break shell.Then it will fall off.Now they go 2 inches under the florescent lites upstairs where its warmer.like 70 instead of 65
