I am starting a tomato breeding project. I was originally going to grow in a greenhouse but they are not heating it until late January so I will have to wait until then to grow there. In the meantime I will be experimenting with growing on my porch. It's about 6' x 6' with two east facing windows. When the plants are larger I will use a 600 watt HPS light. For now I have the sprouts under a 200 watt four bulb T5 light. I started 15 seeds on Wednesday October 22nd in an incubator set at 80 degrees. Most had sprouted as of Sunday the 26th. As of today here are the results:
