Site of my 220.3 DeBacco ’13 “Snowball” plant that I lost the pumpkin due to the record heat we had for an extended period of time. As you can see overall weed control was good, and upon removing the plant I seeded contractor’s grade grass seed along with some Buckwheat. With the heat and rain we have been getting should be favorable for germination and early plant growth. I use this combination so the soil will be covered and there will be added benefit of crop rotation.
