Fixed the water from continuing to siphon out. (I hope) I needed to add a way to add air to brake the siphon with new valve which doubles as a overflow to reduce the pressure. Now the old overflow is not needed. Also with the pvc over the water line, there is now no need for the solenoid to shut off the water. it levels in the pvc and wont go past with out the pump on.
And I added a roof over the pump.
