The problem with sprinkler solenoids is that they will leek with low presser.
I read that they work from 20lbs to 120lbs.
So to fix the fact that that wont seal all the way.
I put the out flow tube higher then the water level, even if it leeks now the water wont be able to go over the water level.
I asked my self why would I need a solenoid at all. Not sure but I think it will still be needed to stop it from strait siphon.
