I got the start up of the sprinkler pump all figured out thanks to the brainstorming of BP members.
Using a sump pump float to keep the pump from running dry. Got a sprinkler pump relay that runs to the sprinkler timer. Now the pump turns on and off with the sprinkler solenoid. Cool.
