Same John Innes potting compost mix for me again,7 parts soil(pasteurised),3 parts peat,2 parts sand.I haven't added any fertiliser this time except calcium because of the high nutrient levels already in the soil once again sanded seeds and soaked in 0.035% Hydrogen Peroxide.New this year is the use of Biovam in the pic you can see a seed sitting on top of a teaspoonful I rinsed off the h2o2 before rolling the seed in a little more.The little terrors may stand a good chance of getting established in the heat treated soil.
Temperature will be 80-85 f.
