and here i am next to the 1385 plant inside the greehouse after one hour of bright sunshine mixed with clouds sitting at a toasty 81.4 degrees at 3:30 pm. the hottest spot near the north fence was 84 and the temp closer to the pumpkin with the fence line vented sits at 80 degrees. good boy shazzy. this tells me that tomorrow and while at work monday through wed, i will be removing the tyvek gap filler and vent both sides during the bright sunshiney days as all i want is about 85 degrees tops and temps are gonna be low 70s with less wind on those days. trying to warm without cook. pretty cool how a flock of small sparrows moved in under the greenhouse canopy today and have only a couple small gaps for them to get in and out of and they all freak out when i go in there. i am sure they are picking off all the trapped insects one by one. had a monster dragonfly look at me like "wtf?" as it was trying to find an escape from the birds. lol. my life is so silly. i think i will go crack a beer and steam myself in my greenhouse for awhile. to quote from the oscar award winning "throw mama from a train", ....."the night was sultry." OOOOOWWWWWENNNNNNNNNNN!!!!!!
time to go shake up the sparrows a bit and drink an ice cold budweiser.
