After 14 years growing these plants, you might think I could second guess what is happening --- reasonably speaking!!. Well I still can't. My fruit grew 22 lbs last night, got more rot spots, and is about as healthy as a sick parrot, but such is the tenacity of the plant to survive, I,m going all the way with it until it either makes weigh day or dies in the attempt.
I,ve re treated the rot spots and hope for some dry weather in the near future. Its very humid now but sunshine is very scarce.
