Dori checking the maters in the mater hut today. She found these hiding in the leaves. They are Cherochee purple heritage tomatoes. I notice that the first blossums that came out were magablooms. This is some of them. We are not trying to grow giant tomotes just something to eat. The largest one was over ripe and rotten. We made bacon and tomatoe sandwiches out of the medium size one. Was big enough for two sandwiches. They have good flavor if you like reddish-purple color and green seeds. A good eating tomotoe is a gift from the Gods. It does not get any better.
