Part of lessons in life also will be trapping and elimation coons that threaten chickens. Also how to keep deer out of the garden.....deer love to wait till the tomatoes are nice and ripe before they eat them. Now might be a good time to use the deer and rabbit repellent that was ordered last winter and still sits on the shelf in the garage not opened or used. It does not work that way.
