2009 Kearns, After the Road Trip to Topsfield with Glenn and George, I returned to yard work, This is the front yard. The area was overgrown honey suckle and weed like bushes. I finished cleaning and burning about 2/3s of it.
Sat. was in the hi 70's & sunny, TOO HOT this early.
I also planted a Blue Spruce & Black Canadian Fir(name?) both tall to block rte 40. Also put in some common lilies, to hold the soil and fill in.
I've been able to take out 4 barrows full of the composting leaves and dirt from this area, for the Patches, hope to get a lot more.
