Planted my best four Onions which were in 9 inch pots into a new raised bed filled with Eco-life soil. Early but weather mild so better than potting on into larger pots. I know we will still have some severe frosts but will just have to turn the heating up.

Planted last Onions out in the week - forecast was for milder conditions (little sunshine) but I have heat and some lighting. Laid a fleece ceiling above them to try and reduce volume of air the heat.

Found a double onion in the soil bed, this was the replacement I planted when the original one in this spot doubled earlier in the grow. Cannot understand why this replacement one has doubled as well.
