This is a link to the pumpkin time lapse I just completed with my plants for this year. Check it out, it is so much more enjoyable to watch them grow in fast motion as opposed to real time. LOL

This is approximatly 7 days growth in 1:40 minutes. I thought it was about 1 second per hour but after calculating that out it didn't make sence so we will just call it a week. It is 1 frame every 4 minutes in any case.
Hope you enjoy.

Glad you enjoyed.
And nope they did not break off while on camera, but if you read my diary entry for today you would read that a wind storm snapped the first true leaf off the second largest plant in the film. Thankfully it didn't snap the stem. So I am now cheering for the second leaf.

Hey, what program did you use? I have a couple and none of them seem to do time lapse very well (or, at least, very easily). I want to do the same with my seedlings.

It's actually been a colaboration of 3 programs to get it posted on the web. I tried many different ones and every single one was unstable to a point. Some would capture and not make the movie, others would make the movie but crash on the capture etc. So here is what I used. For the capture, it's an unsophistocated program but did the Job: Flix V1.0 by nemisis unregistered I was to cheap to buy it thats why it says register on the image. To compile all the images and make the movie I used Movie Salsa, thats a cool program. Then to be able to make it small enough format for the web I used Adobe Premiere Pro.
It was a bit of a pain in the but because almost every program was unstable for me. That combo worked though.
