Hey...I am new to this site as well as any type of growing. I live in the city so I don't have that much space to work with. I would like to try to grow a (one) pumpkin next year (300# is my goal). What is the least amount of space I can possibly try to do this in? Thanks for your help.

Lot's of variables in play such as soil, seed, technique, weather and luck.I've being getting 200-400 lbs on 110 sq ft.,for what it's worth. Some other growers have grown 600 -700 lbs on a similar sized area.

Hello, I am also new to this site. I'm not new to gardening though, I've been growing healthy vegetables for a few years now. But this year I want to grow a disturbingly large pumpkin. How many sq ft is recommended for 2 seeds? They are seeds from a large pumpkin! Any info will help. Thanks!!
