The FDA is supposed to ban products that may be toxic not certain to be. It is it that hard for them to ban one plastic? There are many other types of plastic that can be used, why risk harm to people when it can be easily avoided. They should require FDA employees to eat and drink out of containers with BPA in them. Then I think they would change their mind.
