  Here you will find the answers to many frequently asked questions. Click on a question in the Question List to jump to the Answer.
 
 
1) How can I obtain seeds from BigPumpkins.com?
  You must fill out a Seed Request via our online form and obtain a Request Number. This guarantees your seed selections from our inventory. We will not send out seeds without a valid Request Number.

2) How often can I request seeds?
  You may make one seed request per calendar month.

3) How many packs can I request at once?
  Currently, you may request up to six different packs at a time.

4) How many seeds come in each pack?
  Usually two seeds come in a pack. The inventory page will display the number of seeds in a pack.

5) May I request the same seed packet more than once?
  No, you may not request the same seed more than once in a single request. Next month, if it is still available, you may select that seed again.

6) Are the seeds free?
  Yes, the seeds are free if your from the United States and you furnish us with a self-addressed stamped bubble pack. You must include the Request ID furnished when you complete the Seed Request Form.

7) I don't want to bother sending in a self-addressed stamped bubble pack, is there any other way to obtain seeds?
  Yes, for a nominal fee, we will send them to you. Payment must be made via PayPal, the price is $3.50.

8) What is the fastest way to get seeds?
  The fastest way to get seeds is to pay for the postage and packaging via PayPal. We give PayPal orders the highest priority.

9) How long does it take to get the seeds in the mail?
  It can take up to 3 or 4 weeks for delivery. The time is based on the total number of requests made that month.

10) Can I send a check?
  Sorry, we can no longer accept checks or money orders of any kind. You must use PayPal.

11) Is the price $3.50 per request or per seed pack?
  The price is per request, not per seed pack.

12) What does my $3.50 pay for?
  The payment is for the postage, bubble-pack, seed envelopes, labels, printer ink, etc. Anything left over helps pay for the cost of running BigPumpkins.com.

13) I am not from the U.S. How can I get seeds?
  International growers must send payment in advance via postal mail or use PayPal.

14) Do you accept international postage coupons?
  No. Due to problems with them in the past we no longer accept international postage coupons.

15) What address should I send my non-PayPal request too?
