Dodged frost at the last hour. Here a remnant if the 9.5 plant that grew the 10.06... I will use this plant as a pollinator next year, if it survives. Tomato growers may have an advantage over pumpkin growers in this regard?
But pumpkin growers could do the same thing. The big H.D. Sherwood last year would have been a nice one to have preserved the genetics from but its just a bit easier with tomatoes. With pumpkins its possible but not as easy?
