Our third and final stop on the upstate NY patch tour was at the farm of Alan Nesbitt. Alan has been growing giant pumpkins and squash since he was 16 years old. He is a former world record holder for giant squash. Alan is very good friends with Len Stellfplug. Len treated us with the story how he met Alan at his farm stand one year. Alan, thanks for having us. We had a great time and learned a ton! Below are the pictures from our visit. Enjoy. |
