parked overnight. an s-10 can carry a 1000 lb pumpkin for a 4 hour journey.
well it is story time. i thought my 1385 jutras split long long ago. so long ago you can probably find me whining about it in my diary. well way back a long time ago i ripped half the plant out and vowed not to weed it again for the rest of the summer. then we stopped watering it for 3 weeks.
then i end up with a personal best.
lesson learned. dont rip out plants until you remove the pumpkin. and dont shut the water off.
but looking back, maybe that saved me from blowing it up like i did the other two. no one will ever know.
