here is the last pic this evening before the #50 beachy was removed to the woods. its final estimate was 994 lbs.
after some extensive autopsy work (involving a shovel and tractor LOL), nick determined that it split through underneath (probably long long ago) and we couldnt see it until it got super rotten and started collapsing.
so it is very ironic that the only pumpkin growing on my side still is the one i thought i had lost first (1385 jutras).
